Had real good stay for one night. The location was great and comfortable for destinations we where going to. It was easy to find a train station, located near the property. The personnel was friendly and helpful as expected.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was peaceful, and we enjoyed exploring the Adachi Ward district during our three-night stay in a capsule with a broken fan.

The breakfast here is delicious with a wide selection of food and drinks, the staff is friendly and the room is spacious and great, although the fans in the capsule were not working.

The service here was great, the location is next to the train station, izakayas, bars, subway, and JR train station.

The hotel offered great value for money and provided a fun capsule hotel experience. the showers were very nice and the beds were comfortable. the location was not far from a JR station, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

I had a great one-night stay at this hotel. The building and interior were very attractive. The 24hr reception staff spoke English, which was helpful. The capsules were comfortable and the capsule room was nice. The lockers were conveniently located near the capsules. The bathroom was very nice and they even had a smoking room. The hotel had lots of manga in the relaxation room and a microwave. The staff was flexible and helped me change my bed.

We had a fantastic stay at the Spa&Capsule Hotel! The building and interior were incredibly attractive, and the 24hr reception staff spoke some English, which was very helpful. The capsules were comfortable, and we loved that the lockers were conveniently located near the capsules. The bathroom was very nice, and we appreciated the availability of manga in the relaxation room. The hotel also had a microwave and a smoking room, which is a rare find. The dryers were a great addition too. our 7-day stay was enjoyable, with spacious capsules, clean facilities, and a convenient location near the station and various dining and shopping options. We were fortunate to have respectful and quiet dorm mates during our stay.

It offers a convenient and hassle-free stay, with all the essentials provided, from toiletries to sleepwear. the location is also ideal, being close to a metro station and surrounded by authentic Japanese restaurants. the hotel itself is a comfortable and relaxing place, featuring hot springs, a sauna, and even a small library. the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond, like providing a new umbrella when I lost mine. it's a great place to immerse yourself in local Tokyo culture, and the inclusive breakfast and reasonable price make it even more appealing. Cons: Nothing at all! 😊.
